Our Story
TheWeddingInvitations.com was born out of frustration. In 2019, our founder Sarah Mitchell was planning her own wedding and discovered that finding a quality wedding photographer in her city meant scrolling through dozens of confusing directories, outdated listings, and fake reviews.
She combined her 15 years in the bridal industry with a passionate technology team to build something better — a single, beautifully designed platform where couples could discover everything they need: invitations, vendors, bridal looks, transport, and expert planning guidance.
What started as a New York-focused invitation directory in 2019 has grown into a global wedding planning platform serving couples in over 50 countries, with 12,000+ verified vendors and half a million happy couples.
